Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains what personal data campolideinn.pt collects, why, for how long, and what rights you have over it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019.
Data controller
The data controller is Francisco Lopes & Batista, S.A., owner and developer of the Campolide INN building at Rua de Campolide 368, 1070-159 Lisbon, Portugal — www.flb.pt.
Marketing and contact with prospective tenants are handled by Alexander Rad — Real Estate Agency, which processes data on behalf of and under the instructions of the owner.

What we collect and why
Contact form. Name, email, phone number, the unit you are interested in and your message. They are used to reply to you, arrange viewings and follow the letting process through. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given when you submit the form.
Letting process. If you go on to apply, you will be asked for the documents needed to sign a tenancy agreement (identification, proof of income). Those are handled outside the site, on the basis of the contract and applicable legal obligations.
Technical data. Like any web server, the one hosting this site logs the IP address, date and time and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are not used for profiling and are not matched to form submissions.
We do not collect data from children and we make no automated decisions based on your data.
Who has access
Your data is handled by the Alexander Rad sales team on behalf of Francisco Lopes & Batista, S.A., and reaches the owner when a letting goes ahead. We also use providers that process data under contract:
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — receives what you send through the form and delivers it by email. The transfer to the USA relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Dominios.pt — hosting, within the European Union.
- GitHub, Inc. — stores the site’s code and content (not visitors’ data).
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept while the process is under way and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner. Tenancy data is kept for the periods required by law (tax and civil obligations). Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Just write to campolideinn@gmail.com. We reply within one month at most.

This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no tool that follows your browsing.

Third-party content. The map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap and is only loaded after you click “Load the map”. Until then, your browser does not contact that service. Once loaded, the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s privacy policy applies. Fonts and all images are served from this domain.
