How long is the tenancy agreement?
Three years, non-renewable.
Are the flats furnished?
No. They are let unfurnished. We can recommend furnishing and interior decoration services.
What are the move-in terms?
Two months' rent in advance plus a deposit equal to two months' rent. Proof of income is requested for assessment.
Is there a storage room?
Yes for the two-bedroom flats and the penthouse. The one-bedroom flats have no storage room, but every unit has a parking space.
Do the flats have a tumble dryer?
No. There is not enough space in each flat's utility area.
How far is public transport?
A five-minute walk to Campolide train station and seven minutes to Jardim Zoológico metro. Several bus stops are on the street itself.
Are pets allowed?
Case by case, subject to the building rules. Talk to us before submitting an application.
